We provide psychological and counseling services to both Indonesian residents and expatriates living in Bali. Our services include but are not limited to individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy sessions.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Indonesian Residents: Must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if between 15-17 years old.

3.2 Expatriates: Must have a valid visa or residence permit for Indonesia and be 18 years or older.

4. The Psychologist and Counseling Services

4.1 Our services are provided by licensed and qualified mental health professionals.

4.2 Sessions may be conducted in-person, via video call, or by phone, as agreed upon between the client and the therapist.

4.3 We do not provide emergency services. In case of a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.

5. Your Subscription

5.1 Various subscription plans are available, including pay-per-session and package deals.

5.2 Payment must be made in advance of sessions.

5.3 Refunds are available as per our cancellation policy, detailed in section 6.

6. Your Account

6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

6.2 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Clients are expected to treat therapists and staff with respect and courtesy.

7.2 Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.

8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for any interruptions or disruptions to our online platform due to technical issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bali, Indonesia.
